Adrianos was on the brink of being put into the foster care system, and he was just three days old. Fortunately, a loving Argentinian and Brazilian couple decided to adopt him. The adoption lifted Adrianos out of a life of uncertainty, and it became a defining moment in his life. Due to his unusual background, Adrianos developed a scrappy personality and a determination to stand up for his ideas even in the face of disagreement. When he was 12 years old, Adrianos attended a private Catholic school managed by a principal who had a nasty habit of reading the students’ report cards in front of the whole class. When Adrianos witnessed the principal publicly shaming a classmate for their bad grades, he resolved to do something about it. He believed that he was not receiving a good education and convinced his parents to let him go to public school.
